The ‘Familia Valdelana’ semi-dry white wine is a white wine from the Rioja Designation of Origin, made from a balanced blend of Malvasía and Viura. The grapes come from vines over 35 years old, grown in clay and limestone soils. The winemaking process aims to preserve the aromatic expression of the grape varieties as much as possible, thanks to horizontal pressing in an inert atmosphere and careful pre-fermentation.

Visually, it has a lovely straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights; it is clear and bright. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit predominate, with notes of peach, pear, apple, quince and almond blossom. On the palate, it is silky, fresh and balanced, with a pleasant semi-sweet character and good acidity that prevents it from being too sweet.
It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of between 6 and 8 °C. Thanks to its versatile profile, it is ideal both as an aperitif and to accompany starters, fish, seafood, fruit and cheese, making it an interesting option for restaurants, the hospitality sector and specialist retailers.
