Sometimes some cheese may have developed mold. Do not be afraid! It is a completely natural process. The water content, contact with air and humidity are the triggers for creating mold in these products. During the curing process, the product is releasing water and the moisture creates mold and this covers the pieces.
We understand that it can be unpleasant to look at, but the quality of the product is not affected in the least. To remove mold, wipe the product with an oily cloth, let it air for one hour …… .. And ready to use!
